Hey, I'm Larni!

I’m the Long-Term Love Coach and I'm so glad you're here. I've helped numerous women and couples through 1:1's and group programs and almost two decades with my husband Sam, 5 babies, and coaching many women,

I am certain of one thing:

The way we’ve been taught to "do love" is all wrong.

I’ve spent years unlearning the narratives that told women to play small, override their needs, and lead the relationship from burnout - and I’ve made it my mission to help women (and couples) create the kind of relationships that feel alive again.

Through honest communication, polarity wisdom, practical tools, and a grounded, no-BS approach - I teach you how to show up with your whole self and invite your partner to do the same.
